Feedback Culture

We believe in the power of good feedback to grow in terms of expertise, focus, and career. That is why we have introduced a three-month cycle of personal reviews that focus either on performance and goal setting or on your skills within your discipline.

Both types of reviews are open, honest, and mutual conversations where the emphasis is on professional development, as well as addressing any issues. A bit of humor and laughter is never missing here.

Peer Reviews

Peer reviews take place between individuals from the same team. For example, if you are a designer, you will receive feedback from other designers. This helps you better understand where others see your greatest strengths and areas where you can still grow. These conversations take place every 6 months.

Performance Reviews

Performance reviews take place between you and your manager. These reviews provide feedback on your working and social skills. Goal agreements help you see the big picture of your career and measure your progress over time. Naturally, all of this is discussed and established together. No one should feel overwhelmed here, but rather challenged in a positive way.
