Despite a strong market position, renowned customers such as Berliner Stadtreinigung and ALBA, and a team of over 150 engineers, the brand and web presence needed to communicate this innovative strength more clearly. The complexity of the product needed to be simplified, market presence strengthened, and the customer experience improved.
