01 Challenge
As one of the world's largest conservation organizations, the World Wide Fund of Nature has a clear mission: With more than 100 countries, WWF is fighting to preserve biodiversity on our planet. To achieve the ambitious goal and promote sustainable infrastructure, there is no way around one of the most important players: the financial sector.
Although the topic of sustainable finance is becoming increasingly well known, there has been a lack of a digital focal point to achieve the goal of a deforestation-free banking system and to join forces in the countries Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines and Thailand. The project is supported by the Internationalen Klimaschutzinitiative (IKI) of the German Federal Ministry for the Environment.
02 Solution
For 6 months, we worked closely with the WWF Germany team to design a strategy to explain the complex financial sector to a broad audience. With a trend-setting kick-off workshop, we broke down the complexity of the topic and used personas to determine relevant content, functions and design approaches.
The result of the collaboration is clean and convinces the different target groups with high functionality and interactive infocharts. A sophisticated editorial system and an optimized CMS backend also enable the participating countries to keep digital content up to date and expand it at will.

"As a project manager, I work with a lot of agencies. LAUDO was great to work with and the design was by far the best."
