Because we work in teams and most of our projects are complex, meetings may be necessary to share ideas and problems and find solutions. Meetings are held in English as soon as someone from the team who does not speak German is present. Anyone can call meetings, but there are a few rules that should be followed to avoid unhappy faces and wasted life or work time:<\/p>\n

No agenda? No meeting!<\/h2>\n
The agenda must always be sent together with the calendar invitation. It is the common thread that helps you and the participants prepare and stay focused during the meeting. If the meeting agenda is missing, the meeting will not take place. We are very strict about that.<\/p>\n
Time of the meeting = Start of the meeting<\/h2>\n
If a meeting is scheduled for 10 a.m. – it means that everyone will be ready to participate in the meeting at 10 a.m.. It’s not respectful to show up a few minutes late and leave everyone else waiting. This means that you should start preparing a few minutes before you start.<\/p>\n
Maybe the room needs to be changed, someone needs a charger, the webcam needs new settings, or you’re just missing a cup of coffee. This is all understandable. Just activate the function of your calendar that you will be reminded 15 minutes before – problem solved.<\/p>\n
Golden 30 minutes<\/h2>\n
We aim for a maximum meeting duration of 30 minutes.
