Work and go on vacation? This happens once per year. \ud83d\ude0e We pick a few sunny spots, agree together on where exactly to go and then all jet off together. <\/span> <\/p>\n

The whole team away at the same time for a week<\/strong>.<\/span>Amazing for our teamspirit.<\/span> <\/p>\n

Where?<\/h2>\n

Our first workation started in spring 2023: A week at the finca in Pollen\u00e7a on Mallorca. Joint “remote office” between palm trees, finca and the blue, salty sea connects!<\/span><\/p>\n

Our second workation took place in autumn 2024 in a small village near Noto in Sicily. We worked together in the pool, around the pool, in the shady courtyard of our villa or in the green garden and strengthened our team spirit. <\/p>\n

The concept<\/h2>\n

Each member of the team is free to choose where he or she comes from, for how long and when.<\/p>\n

Some stay longer, others come over earlier and hang out privately Remote Working – of course, it’s best when everyone arrives at the same time, because: Workshops, workout sessions and wine tasting<\/strong> do not want to be missed.<\/p>\n

Freedom of choice<\/h2>\n

And for some, the Workation concept is nothing – and that’s perfectly fine. Everyone is allowed to see how it fits to their own life. But nobody wants to miss sun for free \ud83e\udee0<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

How does it look like?<\/h2>\n

\ud83c\udf34 We need space for 10-15 people without stepping on each other’s toes\u2014with a large garden and shaded terrace and enough workspaces indoors and outdoors.
\n\ud83c\udf34 Many single beds in many beautiful, large rooms \u2013 because there are snorers and restless sleepers, early risers and late sleepers.
\n\ud83c\udf34 Getting here is easy and straightforward by train or plane. And we offset our carbon footprint.
\n\ud83c\udf34 We are right next to the beach, with lots of sunshine and outdoor leisure activities.
\n\ud83c\udf34 Joint cooking sessions, workshops, excursions, workouts, and restaurant visits\u2014and our annual highlight: wine tasting \ud83d\ude42 <\/p>\n
