Agile Working

For most of our large projects, we work in agile sprints. We use Scrum as a methodology to achieve goals faster. Incidentally, all of our project managers are also certified Scrum Masters and Product Owners. Learn more about our further training opportunities.

We continually discover better ways of working and pass them on to our clients and projects. Through this approach, we have learned to value:

• Individuals and interactions over processes and tools
• Working software over comprehensive documentation
• Customer collaboration over contract negotiation
• Responding to change over following a plan

This means that while we value the items on the right, we value the items on the left even more. Depending on the characteristics of the project, we can utilize Scrum to work as effectively as possible.
